Refund requests are reviewed individually by VidBook's owner. There is no automatic approval or refund guarantee. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals at the end of the current paid period. It does not issue a refund or restore consumed credits. To request a review, sign in and open Billing to use the refund-review request form for a verified invoice. If the form is unavailable, intake is not enabled in that environment. Submitting a request does not cancel your subscription or issue a refund. This policy does not limit any statutory rights that apply to you.

A book uses 1 credit per chapter. Free-plan books are planned at up to 8 chapters, so the 10 free credits always cover one complete book, including the 1-credit research brief for a book started from an idea. Paid plans allow books of up to 14 chapters. Regenerating a chapter uses another credit, and an AI front cover uses 1 credit per design.

An AI front cover uses 1 credit per design and a coloring book uses 1 credit per page (16, 24 or 30 pages). Exports, the paperback full-wrap cover PDF, Market Scout, the listing kit and the compliance review use no credits. Daily limits apply to the free tools.

No. Your monthly allowance resets on a paid renewal and unused credits do not carry over. Free credits are a one-time signup grant. Use Manage billing to see available subscription options and check the price and timing before confirming a change.

Credits are reserved before the work starts and settled when it is saved. A failed book, cover or coloring book returns its reserved credits, and a failed book keeps any chapters you already had. If a balance has not recovered after an interrupted job, contact support.
